I know what anxiety feels like - because I’ve been there.

Hi, I’m Jasmine.
I’m a degree-qualified Naturopath and certified Hypnotherapist with a passion for helping people navigate stress and anxiety by addressing both the body and the mind.
I specialise in the gut–brain connection and use a holistic, evidence-based approach to get to the root of what’s really going on.
My own experience with anxiety has deeply shaped the way I work. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel, and how powerful it is to finally find tools that truly make a difference. That’s what led me to create The Anxiety Roadmap.
